At Okinawa Athlete Development (OAD), we believe sports practice alone is not enough.

While practice teaches sport-specific skills, athletes also need to develop speed, strength, agility, coordination, balance, and confidence to perform at their highest level.

That's where OAD comes in.

Our Sports Performance Program is designed to help young athletes build the athletic foundation needed to succeed in sports and life.

Whether your athlete plays football, baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, wrestling, tennis, softball, or any other sport, our program helps them move better, perform better, and compete with confidence.

Why Athletic Development Matters

Between the ages of 8 and 18, athletes experience some of the most important physical development years of their lives.
