About Us

O.A.D. was created to fill a major gap in youth athletic development here in Okinawa by providing athletes with structured, high-level performance training designed to improve speed, strength, agility, coordination, confidence, and overall athleticism.

At O.A.D., our focus goes beyond simply making athletes tired. Every session is designed with purpose:
• Improve speed and explosiveness
• Build strength and durability
• Develop proper movement mechanics
• Increase confidence and discipline
• Reduce injury risk
• Help athletes compete at a higher level in their sport

Whether working with youth athletes, high school competitors, or adults wanting to rediscover their inner athlete, my goal is to create an environment that is challenging, positive, and built around growth.

Through Okinawa Athlete Development, athletes are taught how to move better, train smarter, and develop the habits and mindset needed to succeed both in sports and in life.

Meet Coach Kito Ahmad

As a lifelong athlete and performance coach, I’ve dedicated my work to studying how athletes move, train, recover, and develop both physically and mentally.

My background combines sports performance training, strength and conditioning, movement mechanics, endurance development, and nutrition coaching to help athletes build a complete foundation for long-term success.
